Based in Stourbridge, Prospect Coaches offers a safe, punctual school coach hire service, catering to almost 200 schools in Stourbridge. We provide daily timetabled collection and drop-off services, in addition to providing one-off coach hire for school trips. Here at Prospect Coaches, it's our mantra that the children of today are the clients of tomorrow! We aim to foster a culture of mutual respect and have found that children travelling on board modern, comfortable coaches are far more likely to respect the vehicle and driver. To this end, we offer pupils using our transport all the comforts and facilities they need to travel in style! Each of our coaches has plenty of legroom and storage space, and is also fitted a CD player, radio and PA system. In 2015, we upgraded our entire fleet, making complimentary Wi-Fi available on all coaches.
We can provide transport for parties of up to 70 passengers. Our fleet includes two wheelchair accessible vehicles; both include an on-board wheelchair and ramp for easy access. All coaches are cleaned and serviced on a regular basis, ensuring a smooth, comfortable journey for every party.
We have team of courteous, DBS checked drivers at the heart of our business. All drivers are also first-aid trained and hold a level 1 Child Protection qualification. On-board satellite tracking technology is used, enabling us to monitor each journey and ensure the safety of passengers. We use this information to improve our service, scheduling and provide our clients with real time updates.
